Although we closed our physical Les Madeleines bakery location in December 2022, you can still find some of our more popular items in person in Salt Lake City at Romina’s new venture, Chez Nibs, and at The Neighborhood Hive in Sugar House. Kouign amann are still available to ship on Goldbelly.com
Chez Nibs is now open with chocolatey goodness, small desserts, and kouign amann.
Our pièce de résistance is the beloved Kouign Amann, a rich buttery pastry from Brittany, France that was named 2012 Pastry of the Year by Food & Wine. Try it once and you’ll find yourself craving it again and again. (We were the first bakery west of the Mississippi and third in the U.S. to make and sell these delicious kouign amanns back in 2005!)
