Food Philosophy
What sets Les Madeleines apart is our unique spin on the classics – some familiar, others less so. We strive to bring a taste of the world to your palate through traditional pastry flavors and we enjoy infusing old favorites with slightly more unusual flavors, like jasmine, rose and sesame.
Each personalized portion is an artful offering. Using only the finest ingredients in all our delicacies, be they sweet or savory, each dish is hand-made from scratch using traditional French technique.
Visually stunning, our cuisine and pastries are sure to create an unforgettable first impression. After all, we eat with our eyes long before the first bite.
Community Involvement
It’s important to be a part of the community that supports us. We regularly donate leftover pastries to the Rescue Mission.
We also support other organizations, including: Best Friends Animal Society, Local First, Slow Food Utah, Utah FACES, Wasatch Community Garden, Utah Food Bank, and Taste of the Wasatch. We are a charter member of the Local First Leaders Circle. Our chef/owner, Romina Rasmussen, sits on the board of Flourish Bakery.
As for the environment, we recycle and use biodegradable cups and biodegradable containers and buy local products when we can.
