Gettin’ my chocolate on

Caputo’s market is hosting a Fine Chocolate Fest featuring the amazing Amedei chocolate From Pisa, Italy on Thursday, October 25 from 6:30-10:00 p.m.

We’ll be sampling a Chuao verrine — think chocolate cake, ganache and mousse in a glass made with the incomparable Amedei Chuao.

Other participants include: Ruth Kendrick, Chocolat; Amber Billingsley, Vinto; Letty Flatt, Deer Valley Resort; Matt Harris, Heirloom Restaurant Group; Viet Pham, Forage Restaruant; Lya Luna, Caputo’s Market.
